We have made two purchases from McLeary’s over the past few years, the most recent being a cabinet for our dining room, The piece that we receive was a really solid, well-crafted piece of furniture. However the handles were not aligned with each other, and the hardware that we selected didn’t appeal to us after having the unit in our place. We asked McLeary’s if there was anything they could be done about our issues, and they have taken the piece back to fix the misaligned handle, and to our great pleasure, are replacing the hardware , as well as fixing a superficial scratch on the top of the unit.

The really went above an beyond what we expected to keep us happy with our purchase, which is definitely what you want when making an investment in a great piece of furniture.

Great place for amazing furniture and decor

I had been shopping for a Hide-a-bed. My search began at the major department stores. However, we did not find anything that suited our needs. In the subsequent search, I discovered Mcleary’s Furniture. Glenn at Mcleary’s, was great to work with, he is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He worked with my requests and was never in a rush to make a sale. He and I went over all the relevant details of a floor model hide-a-bed. I quickly found a suitable hide-a-bed. It was great that we could actually choose from dozens of different styles of fabrics and colours! After a couple of follow up visits, we purchased a high quality “custom made” hide-a-bed for less money than any other store. It was well worth the wait for the piece of furniture to be constructed. Mcleary’s definitely carries well constructed furniture at reasonable prices. Glenn and the delivery staff at Mcleary’s did a great job. We would like to acknowledge the great service we received from Glenn Finch. He guided us through the many options from the purchase of our custom couch, chair, coffee table and more. His warmth, knowledge and level of service were excellent. We are so happy with the quality of furniture and happy in the knowledge that is Canadian made. Haven’t bought anything yet but the lady was very knowledgeable and honest about the different options and time frames for furniture to be made. Wasn’t high pressure sales either, will return when we are ready to buy.

We were really happy with the service at McLeary’s furniture. Our sales person was excellent and not pushy. We purchased our bedroom suite and mattress there. Our furniture was ready on time and they held it for us until we were ready to receive it without issue. The furniture was delivered on the date we requested on time. The furniture was exactly as we ordered and the delivery personnel were quick and efficient in setting up the bedroom suite. We are loving our new furniture and especially our new mattress. Our sleep and back issues have greatly improved.
We will definitely recommend McLeary’s furniture to our friends and family and will be back for future purchases.
