I had to replace my water bed mattress & get some accessories by phone because I live in Sooke. Every one of the staff sales associates from the start to finish were knowledgeable & friendly & efficient. Of course now it has to arrive by shipment, but the store ordering, follow up & preparation for my order to be shipped were just grand. Thanks Russ & Cam.

My parents recently purchased some furnitures from McLeary. The pieces are absolutely stunning and made with top notch quality. More importantly, the customer service provided to my parents are exceptional. The delivery staff went above and beyond to help my parents move around the furnitures to accommodate the pieces. This included carrying a heavy standing desk down the staircase to accommodate for the new desk. Their efforts made the whole delivery process very smooth. If you are looking for quality, Furniture and Service above and beyond, you need to see Russ at McCleary Furniture. With a few unexpected events happening, Russ accommodated us with storage of our furniture(2years) until we were able to have it delivered. We had an oversight of having our old mattress and box spring removed, but Russ said not a problem” We will look after taking it away today.” Thank you, Russ for everything. We will certainly be back to McCleary’s for more furniture in the future!
