We are late 50’s and early 60’s and wanted to replace the kid- tattered furniture. There are so many places, products, and options it got frustrating. Our main priority was, and is, quality made Canadian wood furniture. We went to McLeary’s and found what we were looking for and more. The service was great and they were willing to work with us (style, color of stain, sizing etc) to narrow down what we needed so we received exactly what we wanted for our place. The companies that they deal with have great reputations of their own and they offer sooooo many options no matter what you are looking for. It was fun creating the look we wanted.

We have made two purchases from McLeary’s over the past few years, the most recent being a cabinet for our dining room, The piece that we receive was a really solid, well-crafted piece of furniture. However the handles were not aligned with each other, and the hardware that we selected didn’t appeal to us after having the unit in our place. We asked McLeary’s if there was anything they could be done about our issues, and they have taken the piece back to fix the misaligned handle, and to our great pleasure, are replacing the hardware , as well as fixing a superficial scratch on the top of the unit.

The really went above an beyond what we expected to keep us happy with our purchase, which is definitely what you want when making an investment in a great piece of furniture.

I was perusing McLeary’s website and fell in love with The Cuddle Chair. I stopped by the store just browsing and saw the Cuddle Chair and spoke with Tanya. There were so many fabric swatch booms to look through. Tanya helped to narrow down fabric choices to go with my new reno and blue kitchen cabinets. I can’t wait for my Cuddle Chair to curl up in and read a book and relax! I might have to buy another Cuddle Chair, everyone wants to use mine! Thank you McLeary’s for the excellent customer service. I would love to furnish my whole house with all the gorgeous furniture!

After 5 yeas of searching, I found the perfect sofa bed at McLeary’s. Kim’s service was excellent and I was pleased with my investment. I had selected an uncommon but high quality upholstery fabric in my favourite colour and it looked great. Within a few months, the fabric started to pill and it looked like a cat had scratched up all the edges. I called McLeary’s and sent a few pictures and they agreed it was not acceptable wear and tear. When the manufacturer would not offer any remedy, I was stunned when McLeary’s offered to replace the entire sofabed, at no cost to me, with a new fabric! I had also wanted to purchase new seat cushions as the firm ones I selected were too firm. They offered to use a medium cushion in the replacement at no additional cost.
I could not be more impressed with the devotion to customer service from Kim and the team at McLeary’s. For exceptional service and quality furniture, I strongly recommend McLeary’s!

We have had custom-made wooden furniture from McLeary’s for many years. They are solid wood, beautifully made and they look as good and function as well now, as when they were first built. So when we wanted some new pieces for our office and dining area McLeary’s were the first – and only – place we looked. We are very happy with our new furniture and know that it will outlast us!

We have been customers of McLearys for many many years and the quality of their furniture can attest as to the reason why. This year was a new king size bed, headboard and footboard. I have never been a back sleeper but after recent hip replacement surgery I was forced to sleep that way. Our new bed was amazing. So amazing that when our friends were looking for a new bed we sent them to McLearys for the same bed. (It’s the Marshall curated Hudson set) they also love it.
Please if you want some very quality furniture that will last a lifetime go and see them. Make sure you ask for Russ. He is amazing.

My wife and I spent more than 15 days to find furnitures for the new house in the whole Vancouver. Finally we find Mcleary’s! Its quality is outstanding and the design is amazing. The price is a little expensive but it matches it’s value. Thanks for Cam who give us the beautiful price. As he said, McLeary’s furniture could be heritages for kids.
