We received our leather recliners purchased from Glen at McLeary’s. We were very impressed with the customer service in all areas right down to the friendly delivery team. We are very pleased with the quality of the chairs and the time Glen took with us considering how undecided we were when we first entered the store. We have made two purchases from McLeary’s over the past few years, the most recent being a cabinet for our dining room, The piece that we receive was a really solid, well-crafted piece of furniture. However the handles were not aligned with each other, and the hardware that we selected didn’t appeal to us after having the unit in our place. We asked McLeary’s if there was anything they could be done about our issues, and they have taken the piece back to fix the misaligned handle, and to our great pleasure, are replacing the hardware , as well as fixing a superficial scratch on the top of the unit.
