We bought a good quality love seat through McLeary’s and we love it. Unfortunately there was a problem with one of the arms where there wasn’t enough padding. The company that made the love seat had Cal from Fibrenew come to assess the situation. He spent hours dismantling the love seat but unfortunately the end result was not acceptable. He sent a report to McLeary’s and we didn’t even have to call them. We got a phone call straight away from Tanya and were told that they had already ordered us a new love seat. We couldn’t believe it. We were so pleased with Lisa’s help when we were selecting the furniture and with Tanya handling the problem in such a timely professional manner. We would highly recommend McLeary’s for quality furniture and excellent service. Thanks so much!

We recently ordered an Elran couch and recliner from McLeary’s. We had a great overall experience. Staff helped us make our choice. The delivery people were efficient and set up the furniture in place. Staff followed up to ask if we were satisfied and encouraged us to contact them if we experienced any problems. My parents recently purchased some furnitures from McLeary. The pieces are absolutely stunning and made with top notch quality. More importantly, the customer service provided to my parents are exceptional. The delivery staff went above and beyond to help my parents move around the furnitures to accommodate the pieces. This included carrying a heavy standing desk down the staircase to accommodate for the new desk. Their efforts made the whole delivery process very smooth.
