We are very pleased with the quality of the chairs and the time Glen took with us considering how undecided we were when we first entered the store. In 2016 we purchased a Van Gogh sofa from McLearys. Over the last year we had a couple of instances where the spring let go from the frame causing a slight sag. The sofa is otherwise like new so we inquired locally for Sofa repair and were quoted $800for the repair. I thought I would also reach out to McLearys to see if they could recommend someone to do the repair. To my surprise, Cam at McLearys advised that there is warranty on the sofa and they would follow up with Van Gogh. Not only did Van Gogh confirm they would do the repair under warranty , but McLearys also covered the cost of shipping the sofa to Van Gogh and the subsequent return.
Wow! That is absolutely outstanding service. Mclearys is a first class company and they have a customer for life. I have also told friends who were equally impressed. Thank you Cam for service second to none. You’re a rock star in my books.

I bought a sofabed here last fall and when it arrived I realized it was wrong for me and not what I had been expecting. McLeary’s sent out someone to look at the sofa and offer some options to make it more what I wanted, but I was still worried even with the changes that I wouldn’t like it. So they offered to swap it for another sofa of my choice. I picked out a new sofa, new fabric, and McLeary’s ordered it, delivered it, and took away the previous sofa (and ottoman) at no charge to me. This is pretty incredible service. I doubt I would have received such assistance from any other furniture store. I love my new couch and ottoman, and it was a relief that they made everything exactly what I wanted given that this was a big purchase. Thanks to Cam and the team at McCleary’s who were so awesome!

After 5 yeas of searching, I found the perfect sofa bed at McLeary’s. Kim’s service was excellent and I was pleased with my investment. I had selected an uncommon but high quality upholstery fabric in my favourite colour and it looked great. Within a few months, the fabric started to pill and it looked like a cat had scratched up all the edges. I called McLeary’s and sent a few pictures and they agreed it was not acceptable wear and tear. When the manufacturer would not offer any remedy, I was stunned when McLeary’s offered to replace the entire sofabed, at no cost to me, with a new fabric! I had also wanted to purchase new seat cushions as the firm ones I selected were too firm. They offered to use a medium cushion in the replacement at no additional cost.
I could not be more impressed with the devotion to customer service from Kim and the team at McLeary’s. For exceptional service and quality furniture, I strongly recommend McLeary’s!

We are so very pleased with our new dining room chairs that were delivered last friday, they are very comfortable!! The wood finish in oak looks great & matches our table !!

We made the move across Country to BC. We were looking for furniture to set up our new living quarters. We bought two mattresses and two frames, and two pillows. We were looked after by Russ. He was very knowledgeable about all items in the store. Russ, and ourselves, were very excited to be buying Canadian Made furniture. We had our beds and mattresses delivered by two gentlemen. They were very caring with the delivery, set up, and clean up of everything.

I went to McLeary’s as I have gone to three other local companies in search of a comfortable bed. After buying 3 beds and I was very upset over the scams and the run I got from these companies I found McLeary’s. Thankfully to them and their helpful honest staff I have found my bed. I can not say enough about the people here and the quality of the products they sell. I will never buy another bed from anyone else, I highly recommend McLeary’s.
