Simply the best. They have changed the customer experience from one draped with anxiety to one which is truly enjoyable. When picking out my living/dining room I went to a few different stores but none offered the high quality Canadian selection or the customer service that McLeary’s did. The furniture makers that they carry are all top quality and the couches/rug/tables I ended up choosing have made my condo really pop. I’ve had them for over a month now and I get more and more excited every time I come home. I can’t wait until I have a bigger living space so I can go back and outfit an entire house. I dealt with Glen and Cam on two separate occasions and both of them listened to what I needed and helped me choose my dream living space. Quality through and through.

We had a fantastic experience, very helpful and knowledgeable staff, quality-made furniture, and superb movers. Every step of the way Mcleary’s was a pleasure to deal with. It’s really nice going with a company that takes pride and care into what they offer. And McLeary’s far exceeds those expectations. They were able to help point us in the right direction without any kind of pressure, and helping get us what we desired. There were many customization options to choose from, and you truly get more than what you pay for. Even though what we ordered had a wait time of 7 weeks (which is average for custom made furniture here in Canada), they were able to keep their promise on delivery date. The movers we had were spectacular. Communicated the whole way, making sure nothing got damaged, and friendly at the same time and very professional. Really makes a difference! Very helpful staff beautiful solid wood furniture well worth it

I was perusing McLeary’s website and fell in love with The Cuddle Chair. I stopped by the store just browsing and saw the Cuddle Chair and spoke with Tanya. There were so many fabric swatch booms to look through. Tanya helped to narrow down fabric choices to go with my new reno and blue kitchen cabinets. I can’t wait for my Cuddle Chair to curl up in and read a book and relax! I might have to buy another Cuddle Chair, everyone wants to use mine! Thank you McLeary’s for the excellent customer service. I would love to furnish my whole house with all the gorgeous furniture!

10 years ago i visited this store and purchased a power recliner……the service and ability to follow up things with same staff in a small independent business is a asset…….no after sales BS like a large corp…..They sell quality but moreover they sell reliabiility…..i returned last month and ordered two more of these recliners…..an upgrade with lumbar support….and an adjustable bed…..i actually paid less on a 30% sale for the bed over a comparable one from a big national chain…..You know the folks who pound you on Tv…..where you feel you were on the car lot fighting for your life!!…I was doing a home reno and i took advantage of their sale and put a small deposit knowing i could take delivery at my pace……..10 years later….the Quality and personal service is still their at Mclearys

The staff are extremely helpful and are with you through every step of the way. I would recommend this store to anyone. Good prices and excellent selection.

My wife and I spent more than 15 days to find furnitures for the new house in the whole Vancouver. Finally we find Mcleary’s! Its quality is outstanding and the design is amazing. The price is a little expensive but it matches it’s value. Thanks for Cam who give us the beautiful price. As he said, McLeary’s furniture could be heritages for kids. I had a fantastic experience working with Kim! My husband and I came in looking for a dining table and chairs, and Kim was our sales lady.

I have difficulty pairing what I think looks good together, but Kim looked at it and very quickly paired things together for us that matched so well! (Based on the colors we liked.)
The quality of the furniture can not be beat; It’s solid wood.

We are now patiently waiting for our table and chairs.
