We built a custom timber built home in Green Lake in the Cariboo, we wanted spectacular furniture to compliment the home. We heard Mcleary’s was the place to go. We bought a good quality love seat through McLeary’s and we love it. Unfortunately there was a problem with one of the arms where there wasn’t enough padding. The company that made the love seat had Cal from Fibrenew come to assess the situation. He spent hours dismantling the love seat but unfortunately the end result was not acceptable. He sent a report to McLeary’s and we didn’t even have to call them. We got a phone call straight away from Tanya and were told that they had already ordered us a new love seat. We couldn’t believe it. We were so pleased with Lisa’s help when we were selecting the furniture and with Tanya handling the problem in such a timely professional manner.
