Can’t speak highly enough about the fantastic service that the staff gave me, the ease of picking the furniture that fit my home best and the flexibility in delivery dates. Our furniture from here is so beautiful, and the customer service is really awesome. My husband and I purchased a coffee table and bedroom set. On furniture, you get what you pay for (stop buying cheap and fast furniture!). The furniture here is real solid wood, and made locally. I know it will last. And it’s made with near perfection IMO. We also had some moving timelines that we were trying to sync up with the furniture delivery and they accommodated that! It was so helpful because our moving and house timelines were already stressful. We are looking forward to buying more furniture for our home in the future!

Lisa was great. Took my order to exact specifications. My order came in earlier than expected. Rob, the transportation supervisor, arranged everything very well and quickly. All I had to do was choose the day and time range provided once the order came in. Straight to the point. That is business should be. Friendly but no agonizing small talk. Brandon and Daniel were very nice at the delivery. Shoes off at the door, unwrapped, cleaned up and placed the chair. All I had to do was open when they arrived and close the door after they left to enjoy my new chair.

I had a dining room suite done by this company 5 years ago and more recently a bookshelf. The quality, service and delivery were excellent. Their prices are the best in the lower mainland. Highly recommended.

The staff at McCleary’s are all friendly. Our salesman Cam was professional and knowledgeable. We had an issue with the manufacturer and Tanya worked directly with them and provided great customer service to guarantee satisfaction. We appreciated that they were very patient with us and understanding about the issue and worked in our favour to resolve it. They sell Canadian made furniture and the quality is upper end for reasonable prices!

A friend recently told me of their incredible experience at McLeary’s so when the time came for me to start shopping for a new mattress it was the first place I went.

I can’t say enough about McLeary’s, right from getting a very competitive price on our sofa to home delivery. Sofa was delivered today, everything went smoothly. We will purchase our living room sofa from McLeary’s as well. **UPDATE** we had an issue with feathers escaping, brought it up with Mclearys immediately they contacted Van Gogh Designs who in turn immediately contacted me to set up an appointment to pick up the cushions. What a great choice in Furniture Stores and product. Thanks again to Mclearys for the excellent service!!!
