Kim was absolutely wonderful as our salesperson. The delivery process was great. They were very knowledgeable and careful with the set up of each piece. We have bought several items from Kim so far and will be back again.

We are building a house and looking for a bunch of new furniture. McLeary’s was recommended by a friend and does not disappoint! We bought a good quality love seat through McLeary’s and we love it. Unfortunately there was a problem with one of the arms where there wasn’t enough padding. The company that made the love seat had Cal from Fibrenew come to assess the situation. He spent hours dismantling the love seat but unfortunately the end result was not acceptable. He sent a report to McLeary’s and we didn’t even have to call them. We got a phone call straight away from Tanya and were told that they had already ordered us a new love seat. We couldn’t believe it. We were so pleased with Lisa’s help when we were selecting the furniture and with Tanya handling the problem in such a timely professional manner. We would highly recommend McLeary’s for quality furniture and excellent service. Thanks so much!

This review is long overdue but it needs to be said that three years ago we had the absolute best experience in purchasing our bedroom suite. We shopped around for months but nothing met our expectations until McCleary’s. Aside from the the fact that our suite is a beautiful handmade-in-BC unit, it arrived on December 24th and was delivered by our salesman because one of the delivery men was unavailable last minute. When we purchased our affordable suite we were assured we would have it by Christmas and they certainly kept their word. We can’t say enough about our great experience. We extend our thanks to the staff for going beyond expectations and wish this family business continued success! Buy local!

We have ordered a number of furniture pieces from McLeary’s over the past year and have been very impressed with the service and quality. The staff know their products, no high pressure sales tactics and we appreciate their commitment to support BC and Canadian manufacturers exclusively. We live a day’s drive from the lower mainland and McLeary’s contract delivery services were professional and on time. Whether dealing in person, by phone or by email McLeary’s staff were courteous and kept us updated from order through to delivery. Would not hesitate to recommend or purchase from them in the future.

Kim was great! I let her know what I wanted and we checked out a few options. I am very happy with the choice I made. My chairs were just what I wanted. The quality is excellent, they came in early and the delivery was perfect!
