We furnished a number of rooms in our house from their store and it was like night and day compared to others stores we had gone to. After dealing with salespeople who keep offering the moon then having to finalize with someone who had “forgotten” or changed the original terms, McLeary’s was fantastic. We went in a number of times to decide styles, colours, etc., and always had helpful, informative salespeople. Finalizing our purchases was exactly as it should be and delivery was on time. We even had an issue a year later with our dining room table and they came and picked it up, fixed it and returned it within a week. They stand behind their products and we would definitely shop there again.

Thank you, Glenn, for your advice and assistance in helping us choose our sectional sofa and recliner. We found exactly what we were looking for in the show room. It was excellent to be able to select the firmness of the cushions and to choose from an array of fabrics and colours. Every piece arrived when expected, perfectly constructed and exactly as we had hoped.

10 years ago i visited this store and purchased a power recliner……the service and ability to follow up things with same staff in a small independent business is a asset…….no after sales BS like a large corp…..They sell quality but moreover they sell reliabiility…..i returned last month and ordered two more of these recliners…..an upgrade with lumbar support….and an adjustable bed…..i actually paid less on a 30% sale for the bed over a comparable one from a big national chain…..You know the folks who pound you on Tv…..where you feel you were on the car lot fighting for your life!!…I was doing a home reno and i took advantage of their sale and put a small deposit knowing i could take delivery at my pace……..10 years later….the Quality and personal service is still their at Mclearys

We were really happy with the service at McLeary’s furniture. Our sales person was excellent and not pushy. We purchased our bedroom suite and mattress there. Our furniture was ready on time and they held it for us until we were ready to receive it without issue. The furniture was delivered on the date we requested on time. The furniture was exactly as we ordered and the delivery personnel were quick and efficient in setting up the bedroom suite. We are loving our new furniture and especially our new mattress. Our sleep and back issues have greatly improved.
We will definitely recommend McLeary’s furniture to our friends and family and will be back for future purchases.

Amazing customer service, well built products, great prices. Cam our sales person was extremely knowledgeable about all the furniture. He took the time to explain everything to us, including fabric choices, wood types and was upfront with cost, and wait time for custom furniture. I will be going back for any future furniture needs. Was so impressed with McLeary’s from presales to delivery. Every single staff member I spoke with provided customer service above and beyond what I was hoping for. Lisa sent me pictures of some options prior to driving out the location, the design consultant was really helpful and the delivery coordinator was extremely helpful when we had to change our delivery schedules. Really lovely family atmosphere and fantastic customer service (and we are thrilled with our purchase so far too!).

I have bought several pieces of furniture through Mcleary’s and I have always been satisfied with the outcome. They create Canadian made, good quality, aesthetic products that last for years.
