After many frustrating days of not being listened to while shopping at the big box furniture stores, we were beyond delighted at the service we received at Mcleary’s Furniture store. We were greeted by Cam upon entering the store and asked if we needed assistance. After hearing we were interested in looking at mattresses Cam walked us over to the bedding section, gave a brief description of our mattress options and then gave us time alone to check out our preferences. There was no pressure, no sense of being rushed. Periodically Cam checked in with us to answer any questions we had and then continued to give us space to try each mattress. We were so impressed at the quality of service we received, we went on to look at couches, which we needed, but had no intention of purchasing at that time. We visited the store three times before making the decision to purchase a mattress and two couches. Each time we were welcomed back, asked if we needed assistance, answered our questions professionally and patiently and we were left to browse as long as we wanted. When it came time to choose the material for the couches, Cam was very knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. We left the store feeling we were listened to and will be well looked after should any issues arise. On the day of delivery there was an unexpected delay. Jim, the delivery driver, called us a couple of times to give us updates on the expected time of arrival. Who does that in this day and age? He and his assistant set up the bed, placed the couches where we wanted them and took time the explain the mechanics of each item. Every staff member we encountered in this family run business from start to finish was polite, considerate, professional and gave the impression they genuinely care. If you want quality furniture and customer service, make sure to visit Mcleary’s Furniture & Mattress store in Langley. You won’t be disappointed. Thank you Mcleary’s, you’re a class act!

The delivery people were efficient and set up the furniture in place. Staff followed up to ask if we were satisfied and encouraged us to contact them if we experienced any problems.
